The dinner menues are starting. After two more to be posted in the next few days it will be on to creating more elaborate meals. As I say, more goodies and goodness to come.

The lunch menu is starting to arrive. Two fantastic lunches were posted today. One more free lunch recipe coming then it’s the dinner rush. Stay tuned for more goodies coming this way.

The “free” area of the breakfast section under “The Food” is now finished. In the next day or so, I’ll be working on adding some recipes for Lunch and Dinner. Gotta love breakfast though. A meal that helps kick off your day and keeps the fires of NRG burning. Read up, whip up, and enjoy!
