Breakfast

It’s often said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I’m not a scientist, but I happen to believe it’s a great way to start off a day. I also believe it’s best not to reach for a box of cereal and carton of milk. You’ll get more nutrition from something that requires only slightly more effort than opening a box.

Inside the breakfast menu you’ll find three of my most favorite early eating items. Mind you, it’s the quality of the ingredients and the portion size that really makes it work.

Juicing and smoothies are awesome drinks to add to the breakfast menu, thus you’ll find two of my favorite morning drinks here as well.
